How to install
Get the Downloader app
On your TV, open the Google Play Store (or the Amazon Appstore on Fire TV), search for Downloader by AFTVnews and install it.
Let it install apps
Settings → System → About → press Android TV OS build 7 times to turn on developer options. Then Settings → Apps → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources → turn on Downloader. On Fire TV: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps → Downloader.
Download SpecterTV
Open Downloader, type spectertv.com/apk in the address box and press Go.
Install
Press Install, then Open. You can delete the downloaded file afterwards when Downloader asks.
Download
On your Android phone, press Download the app (APK) on this page.
Open it
Open the downloaded SpecterTV file from the notification or your Downloads.
Allow and install
If your phone asks, allow your browser to install apps, then press Install.
After installing
Add your playlist or provider login to watch live TV. To sync Phantom across TVs, open Phantom → Settings → Sign in to SpecterTV and scan the code. Make an account first if you don't have one.
Needs Android 7.0 or newer. Updates install from inside the app: Settings → Check for updates.
